Mrs. Wilson is a result oriented team leader with more than 15 years of experience in both financial and communication field in investment banking and publicly traded and private companies. Lucy is Fiscal Board member at Eztec and Camil Alimentos SA. Mrs Wilson has extensive experience in leading a wide range of engagements, including M&A, due diligence review, pre-IPO, NYSE listings, pre- and post-merger integration, debt issuance, restructuring projects, pre-money valuations, growth metrics, internet and digital media VC and PE deals. Lucy graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (FEA-PUC) in 2002, receiving a BS degree in Economics and a Master's from São Paulo Business School (BSP) + EOI Madrid in 2011. Doria holds an Executive Certificate in Corporate Innovation and Leadership from Stanford Business School in 2018. Member of WCD - Women Corporate Directors, Dell Women Entrepreneurs Network, Bay Brazil, Hive, Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs and Stanford Alumni Women's Impact Network (WIN).

After several years working in Management Consulting, Financial Institutions, Asset Managements and Family Offices, he founded Managrow to provide a top quality advisory in Corporate governance and Business Strategy, corporate finance and wealth management to Family owned business. Currently holds positions on the Board of Directors of Banco Mercantil do Brasil and Fiscal Council of B2W and Gafisa. Previously his was a Board Member at several public traded company in Brasil.
